关于积分及兑用过程

• 积分是豪华药剂房尊贵顾客购买Ezysure系列产品时所获得的忠诚积分，并可在日后兑用以购Ezysure系列产品。
• 欲兑用您的积分，您须在线上下单时(只限用于豪华药剂官方网页)把积分输入。
• 每RM1的消费都会自动转换为1分的积分。
• 欲换积分，需要最低1000分也就是RM5。
• 积分没有截止日期，只要会员户口保持活跃即可。

守则和条规

• 一旦积分已兑用,它不能再撤回至积分。
• 积分不能转让、转换成现金或现金代券、不能作为豪华药剂店与Ezysure系列产品无关的购物。
• 若会员户口丢失，任何剩余的积分将被撤销。
• 豪华药剂房保留权利修订积分的兑用机制/计划而无须事先通知。

About Points & Redemption

• Points are loyalty points earned by Hoover Pharmacy Privileged Customers when they purchase Ezysure series products and can be used to redeem against future Ezysure series product purchases.
• To redeem Points, please entery our Points when place your order via Hoover Pharmacy Official Website.
• Member with every spent of RM1 is entitle for 1 point accumulation.
• The minimum Points to redeem is 1000 points, it means RM5.
• There is no expiry date for Points as long as the  membership status is active.

Terms & Conditions

• Once Points have been redeemed, it cannot be reinstated back to Points. 
• Points is not transferable, cannot be converted to cash or credit vouchers, and non-Ezysure series product related purchases online.
• In the event the membership is terminated or lost membership account, any balance Points will be forfeited.
• Hoover Pharmacy reserves the right to make changes to the Points redemption mechanics/programme without any prior notification.
